In the Formula 1 world, Lewis Hamilton is regarded as a fashion icon in addition to being a seven-time world champion. The British driver, who is among the highest-paid drivers on the grid right now, is now taking a luxurious summer break in Mozambique.

Lewis Hamilton was cool under pressure in the first few races of the 2024 season, even though it got off to a sluggish start. Due to Mercedes-AMG delivering essential modifications ahead of schedule, Hamilton and teammate George Russell have begun to get more out of the W15 vehicle.

The 38-year-old racing icon has achieved two victories (the British and Belgian Grand Prix) and two podium places (third in Hungary and Spain) in only the previous five races alone. Hamilton was probably relieved heading into the mid-season summer break by these gains.

Even though Hamilton seems to prefer keeping a low profile in his personal life, he recently made a big splash in Mozambique. To enjoy his summer vacation, the #44 driver arrived on Bazaruto Island in style, arriving in a helicopter. A Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes fan page on X posted a photo of him getting out of the plane.

Right now, Lewis Hamilton is ranked 21st on Forbes World’s Highest-Paid Athletes List. His projected annual income is $69 million, of which $12 million is from endorsements and $57 million is from his salary.

When he joins Ferrari in 2025, this is expected to increase to $107 million annually. By 2024, he will have a net worth of almost $300 million. His collection of cars alone, which includes vehicles like a Mercedes-AMG SLS Black, a Mercedes-AMG One, a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, a Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta, a 1995 McLaren F1, and a McLaren P1, is estimated to be worth at least $40 million.
