The Boston Celtics don’t want to lose Jrue Holiday for nothing because they handed up valuable players like Malcolm Brogdon and Robert Williams III for him. It seems that both parties are interested in an extension.

Regarding his extension with Boston, Holiday hasn’t said anything. Nonetheless, he expressed his desire to remain in Boston to Brian Robb of MassLive.

Holiday also mentioned the advantages of living in Boston for an extended period of time.
